This APEX experience is an engineering preview, not a production customer service. Its features are deliberately limited to device-local planning and organization.
What stays on your device
Your goals, tasks, progress, evidence file fingerprints and consented memory are held in this browser's IndexedDB storage. Where supported, data is encrypted with a non-extractable browser-managed key; that key is stored in the same browser and is not equivalent to a password-protected cloud account. The preview does not synchronize data between devices or send your goals to Finality servers. Exported JSON or brief files are unencrypted and under your control.
What is sent to the hosting provider
When you access this site, the hosting provider can process standard network requests and technical metadata, including IP addresses and user-agent information, according to its own service policies. The site does not include advertising trackers or a customer analytics service.
Files and evidence
Local text/CSV analysis runs in your browser. Recording an evidence fingerprint calculates a SHA-256 hash in your browser; the original file is not uploaded. A file fingerprint does not prove that a result is valid or independently verified.
Important limitations
This preview does not provide connected AI inference, external actions, cross-device sync, secure identity provisioning, professional advice, or independent outcome certificates. CONNECT, RELIANT and beyond-superintelligence are engineering and research ambitions. Nothing in the preview represents independently accepted production readiness or a commitment that every capability will become available.
Erase or export
Use APEX Settings to export a JSON copy or erase this browser's local data. Clearing browser storage may also erase it. Deleting within this app cannot delete exports saved elsewhere.
